2. APPLICATION PROCESS (Must be able to provide the following)
• Copy of a Valid Driver’s License
• Signed and completed application for ALL applicants/prospective tenants over 18 yrs old
• Tenant screening fee of $20/per person (Cash or Cashier’s Check only)
• Personal credit reports from other agencies NOT accepted
3. RESTRICTIONS
• 1 Pet allowed on property (NO larger than 55lbs; Will consider 2 pets if 10-15lbs)
